RUFF Ceilidhs

BIG National Ceilidh

The Big National Ceilidh on OCTOBER 18th is a night when thousands of people all over the country will be dancing simultaneously to the music of live bands.  In Cardiff the RUFF will be hosting the event with the SOUTH WALES BIG BAND supplying the music for you to dance to.  Musicians from "Juice", “Cats Claw”, “Ruff and Tumble” and “Dragons Breathe” will all be on stage for a fantastic night of dancing.  At 10.00pm everyone will be dancing the Circassian Circle to the tune of “Jamie Allen”.

To get you dancing our callers for the night will be Dave Parsons, Mic Spenceley and Veronica Partridge.  Providing the dance spot will be the brilliant "In Step" dance team – not to be missed.

The aim of the evening is to have fun while donating all profits to “WaterAid”, a very worthwhile cause and  by pooling the takings from all events into one really worthwhile charity this should make a significant impact.

The ceilidh will be held in the Recreation Hall of the Sports and Social Club, Heath Hospital, Cardiff from 8.00 until 11.30pm. Entry will be £8.00 (concessions £7).  For further information contact Dave Parsons  02920513440.
